CHANGE OF SIZE

DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE?

1. First, make sure you meet THESE CONDITIONS:

Once you have received the order, you have thirty (30) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt to exchange or return the items you want.

It is imperative that both the product and packaging to maintain their original state at the time of shipment. No modifications or alterations are accepted in the original packaging caused by seals, stickers, etc. To do this you must use additional packaging.

We will not accept returns of damaged or used by the customer.

2. WE HAVE TO AUTHORIZE THE CHANGE!

GET IN TOUCH WITH US via "CONTACT" tab indicating "Size change"

3. AUTHORIZED ONCE, we will deliver the new size and collect the old. If you have any questions we will solve them.

*This operation will not have any extra cost for the client in Spain (Peninsula only). The rest get in touch through the CONTACT form.

RETURN (I DO NOT LIKE THEM)

DO NOT WORRY, there is a solution!

1. First, make sure you meet THESE CONDITIONS:

Once you have received the order, you have thirty (30) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt to exchange or return the items you want.

It is imperative that both the product and packaging to maintain their original state at the time of shipment. No modifications or alterations are accepted in the original packaging caused by seals, stickers, etc. To do this you must use additional packaging.

We will only accept returns of products used by the customer if the product has been damaged or the customer is not fully satisfied, after normal use, within the first 30 days.

2. WE HAVE TO AUTHORIZE THE CHANGE!

GET IN TOUCH WITH US via "CONTACT" tab indicating "Return"

3. AUTHORIZED ONCE, we will collect the sneakers. If you have any questions we will solve them.

* This operation will not have any extra cost for the client in Spain (Peninsula only) if the product has not been used and the material arrives in perfect conditions, otherwise the customer will be charged the shipping costs. In case of a return for not being satisfied, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. The rest get in touch through the CONTACT form.

TARA / DEFECT OR ERROR IN SHIPPING
